Appointment Request

Use this online form to request an appointment with us or you can download our app! For emergency or urgent care, call our office for soonest availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your requested day and time, please note, your appointment is not fully booked until you get a confirmation from us! New clients can fill out required forms online ahead of their appointments to save time during the check-in process.

Wellness appointment requests should be made at least one week in advance due to scheduling availability. We are open for appointments Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM and Saturdays from 8AM to 2:30PM. We are closed on Sundays.

If your pet is sick, please call the office at 410-379-6789 so that we can get you scheduled appropriately and as soon as possible.
